Pricing questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my monitor limit?
You will not be able to create new monitors once you reach your plan limit. Existing monitors will continue running normally. You can upgrade your plan to add more monitors.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a discount is on our roadmap. Currently all plans are billed monthly.
