Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.

4. Data Retention

Monitoring check data is retained according to your plan tier: 30 days (Free), 90 days (Standard), 1 year (Premium), or custom (Enterprise). Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating our service (such as Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure and Gmail for transactional email), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
